Returns & Refunds Policy

At amanibis, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Step 1 — Contact Support

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Step 2 — Return Approval

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Back

Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our team.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item arrived damaged
    • The wrong product was received
    • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

After verification, we will provide either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund at no additional cost

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection & approval: 1–3 business days
  • Bank/payment provider processing: 3–7 business days

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge:

  • Restocking fees
  • Processing fees
  • Refund administration fees

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider
  2. Contact PayPal if applicable
